Privacy Policy

1. Information collected

Depending on the service, BTH may collect names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, company details, addresses, job requirements, CVs, skills, work preferences, project briefs, budgets, uploaded files, product orders, payment references and service communications.

2. PAI and children’s information

If PAI is launched, information may include date, time and place of birth, questionnaire responses, calculated results and report records. For children, the parent or legal guardian will be asked to submit the form and provide required consent. PAI is currently under beta testing; collection during any beta activity must be limited to what is disclosed for that activity.

3. How information is used

We use information to process registrations and enquiries, facilitate recruitment, prepare quotations and deliver digital services, administer assessments when available, fulfil purchases, provide support, send service messages, maintain records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information as a commercial product.

4. Sharing and service providers

Relevant information may be shared with authorised BTH personnel, employers or candidates where necessary for recruitment and consistent with the notice and permissions, and providers supporting hosting, Google Sheets, file storage, email, TagMango, payment processing or WhatsApp. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. Providers may process data under their own terms.

5. Storage and security

BTH may use Google Sheets and related services to manage records and designated file storage for CVs, requirements and project materials. Access should be limited to authorised people and files should not be made public unnecessarily. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Retention and your choices

Information will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, legal compliance, accounting and dispute resolution. Retention schedules, especially for children’s information and PAI records, should be set before the paid service launches. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by emailing careers@bthonline.co.in. Identity or authority may need to be verified.

7. Cookies, international processing and updates

The website or its providers may process technical information such as browser details, IP address and security logs. Some providers may process information outside India; applicable legal requirements will be addressed. This policy may be updated as services and legal requirements change.
