1. Acceptance and scope

By using the BTH website, submitting a form, requesting a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and any service-specific terms disclosed before purchase. BTH services are intended for customers in India.

2. Services

BTH may offer HR consultancy and recruitment facilitation, digital services (including website design, social media creatives, branding and related services), digital products such as e-books, and the Personality Assessment Index (PAI) when launched. Availability and terms may vary by service.

3. HR consultancy

Companies and candidates must provide accurate and current information. Registration does not guarantee interviews, employment, placement, recruitment outcomes or a specific number of suitable candidates. Final hiring decisions remain with the employer and candidate. Any paid recruitment service and fee will be disclosed separately before purchase.

4. Digital services

Project scope, deliverables, price, payment milestones, timeline, revision limits and customer responsibilities will be confirmed in a quotation or written agreement. Domain, hosting, paid tools, advertising spend and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly included. Customers must have rights to materials they provide. Ownership and licensing of deliverables follow the written project agreement.

5. Personality Assessment Index (PAI)

PAI is currently under beta testing and is not available for paid assessment unless BTH announces its launch and publishes the applicable terms. Any future results will be for reflection and informational purposes, not medical or psychological diagnosis or a guarantee of academic, career, financial or personal outcomes. Astrology-based observations, if offered, are interpretive and not scientifically established predictions. Parent or guardian involvement and consent will be required for children as applicable.

6. Digital products

Product pages will state the format, price, delivery method and permitted use. Unless a different licence is expressly provided, digital products are for personal use and may not be unlawfully copied, redistributed or resold.

7. Payments and communications

Prices will be shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Payments may be processed by TagMango, Razorpay or another provider named at checkout and are subject to provider terms. BTH may contact you about your enquiry, service, payment or delivery. Marketing communications require appropriate consent and opt-out arrangements. WhatsApp click-to-chat requires the user to send the prepared message.

8. User conduct and third parties

Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or misleading material or misuse another person’s information. Third-party services linked from BTH are governed by their providers’ terms and privacy policies.

9. Cancellations, liability and disputes

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law, without limiting access to a competent consumer forum.
